Peter Scott received his law degree and an LL.M. in taxation from Washington University in St. Louis. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and economics from Drury College in Springfield, Missouri. He has earned the designation of Diplomate from The Court Practice Institute, Chicago, Illinois and has been listed in Who's Who in the West, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in Emerging Leaders and Who's Who in Finance and Industry.

Mr. Scott is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, First Judicial District of Colorado Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
